Friends may call at Olpin Mortuary tonight from 7 to 9 o'clock or Monday prior to services. Burial will be in Heber City Cemetery.
Mr. Pierce was born June 27, 1905 in Giles, Wayne County, a son of George Henry and Nancy Ellen Hunt Pierce. He married Margaret Blackley on June 27, 1929 in Salt Lake City, and the marriage was solemnized later
in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died Dec. 29,1972.
Mr. Pierce was secretary of the high priests in his ward. He was a blacksmith. He was also
a member of the Heber Senior Citizens.
Survivors include one brother and two sisters, Nathan E. Pierce, Tucson, Ariz.; Mrs.
LaMar (Edna) Maxfield, Tooele, and Mrs. Nila Kiesel, Manti.
