Carol Jean Csubak Dies in Lorain Home
An illness of a week with pneumonia was fatal to Carol Jean Csubak, six-month-old daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Csubak, 1655 E. 34-th st., at her home at 10 a.m. yesterday.
Surviving besides her parents are her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Oleksa, and her grandparent, Mrs. John Csubak, all of Lorain.
Funeral services will be held at 8 a.m. Tuesday in St. Ladislaus' church with Rev. Fr. Ernest Rickert, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Calvary cemetery with Reichlin and Cooley in charge.
