2nd generation in this country, parents from Yugoslavia/Croatia, his father changed his name from Tomljanovic to Thomas, his mother told me the story of how she was a stow away in the bow of a boat to come to this country.
He taught science/chemistry at Las Palmas for a while after Norte Del Rio and then Foothill High and did home continuation type classes.
