On June 10, 2009, Heavenly Father welcomed home one of his precious gifts to us. He gave us a mother, grandmother, wife, sister, and friend. Fran passed peacefully in a Bountiful care center. She resided at 5016 South 1034 East in Murray, Utah at the time of her death.
Fran was born October 29, 1923 in Salt Lake City to Alma Francis Milner and Mary Ellen Clark Romney Milner.
She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Belden A. Besse. She was also preceded by her second husband, D. Mike Hansen, and her third husband, Stan Stevenson. She is survived by her four children, Ellen Callis, David Besse, Belden Besse, and Tom Besse. 15 grandchildren, seven step-children, and 43 step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at Neil O'Donnell and Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South, where friends may call one hour prior.
Dedication of the grave will be take place on Monday, June 15, 2009 at 12 noon in the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Avenue and "N" Street.
