Funeral services for Gilbert H. Lott, 75, were held Thursday in the Grimes-Plummer Funeral Chapels, with Rev. Worth Thompson officiating. Interment was in Garden of Memories. He passed away Tuesday in the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital.
Born July 4, 1908 in Fredericksburg, he had been a life time resident of Kerrville. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Kerrville Masonic Lodge No. 687.
Survivors include his wife, Margie Lott of Kerrville; a daughter, Margaret Schutte of San Jose, California; three sons, William Lott of Center Point, Meade Lott of Pfafftown, North Carolina, Michael Lott of Houston; step-son Thomas Frakich, Aransas Pass; two brothers, Tommy Lott of Arkansas and John Lott of California; eight grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
