Daughter of Ira Steven and Sally Crow. First marriage was to a Russell Ramey, he died and then she married Solomon Ewell.

Mrs. Mollie Lou Ewell, 82, OF 377 Sherman Avenue, widow of Solamon Ewell, died at 9:10 P.M. yesterday at her home after a long illness. A native of Montgomery County, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Sally Crow Stevens. She had lived in Fayette County 60 years and was a member of the Richmond Road Nazarine Church .

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Anthony Badali and Mrs. Carl Powers, of Lexington, and Mrs. Virgil Spiegel, Cincinnati, Ohio. , a son, Asa Ramey, a step - daughter, Mrs. Earnest Manley, Lexington, two brothers, Bruce Stevens and Joe Stevens of Lexington, 13 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren .

Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home by the Rev. T. C. May, burial will be in the Blue Grass Memorial Gardens, Jessamine County .

Friends may call at the Funeral Home after 5 p.m. today.
