Rachael Ann Long of Sparks died Monday in Sparks. She was 6 months old. She was born January 19, 1999 in Cushing, Okla.

Surviving are her parents, Jerry and Sandra Wilson Long of Sparks, two brothers, Darek Dingman of Sparks and Jerry Long of Radesa, Louisiana, five sisters, Donnille Dingman of Sparks, Amy Long of Louisiana, Heather Long of Davenport, Jericha Long of Louisiana and Michelle Simon of Davenport, grandparents, Mildred and George Coppola of Davenport, Jim Farris of Comas, Washington, Lee Wilson of Keystone, Oklahoma and Jim Lynch of Sparks, Oklahoma, great-grandparents, Vila Stidham of Davenport and Alba Wiley of Sparks.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday at White Dove Cemetery in Sparks under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home of Chandler.
