Jim was a retired truck driver who lived on Sigel St in Worcester. He was the son of Glen Fenner and Ethel Seagrave Fenner. He married Kathleen Bruzas who died in 1988. Mr. Fenner drove for Yankee Produce Co. He was also a member of the Polish National Alliance of Worcester.

At the time of his death, he left two sons, James R Jr and Jason P Fenner; a daughter, Michelle L; his mother and two brothers. He was predeceased by two others. All brothers include: Walter A, Glen E, Raymond E and Leo E Fenner; a sister Bernice A Alcorn and five grandchildren. Jim is buried in his parents' grave.
