John Laban Linebarger, died of a nervous disorder after he was seriously injured with a wood saw 9 years previously. His parents came this county from North Carolina and settled on this same farm where John lived and died. He married Mary Elizabeth "Mollie" Walker on Feb. 11, 1894. Survived by his wife; a son, Emory Linebarger; daughters, Mrs. Alvin Engelmann, Mrs. Eldon Roberts, and Mrs. Florence Statler; a brother, Robert Linebarger; 2 sisters, Mrs. Ruben Kayser and Mrs. Conrad Hahs; and 11 grandchildren.
