William T. Adams died Sunday, October 23, 1938 at his home at Avondale, near this city. He had been a farmer most of his life and retired about a year ago on account of sickness. He was 76 years old. He was a son of the late Evan T. and Diana Baublitz Adams. He is survived by his wife who before marriage was Miss Mary Cassell. Funeral services were held from the late home on Wednesday at 2 o'clock. The Rev. George A. Early, of the Westminster Church of the Brethren, officiated. Burial was made in the Cassell cemetery, which adjoins the Adams farm. Pallbearers were: Howard Hull, William Robinson, Gloyd Diffendal, Harry Wilson, Charles Waltz and John Stone. H.
