Camden – Mrs. Sarah Avery, aged 76 years, died at her home on Liberty street early Friday morning. She was the widow of the late Emannual Avery and was a native of Montgomery county, Ohio, but lived most of her life in Preble county, having lived for several years on a farm about four miles east of Camden and moved to Camden about three years ago.
Children surviving are: Miss Mary, at home; Henry Avery and Mrs. Laura Halsey of Camden ; Mrs. Amanda Shoemaker of West Manchester; Mrs. Ida Winkler of Brookville , Ohio ; Mrs. Dora Zeller of Drexel , Ohio ; Vernon Avery of West Middletown, Ohio.
Funeral and burial at Gratis, Ohio , Sunday afternoon. Services were conducted at one o'clock in the Conservative Dunkard church, Rev. J. R. Wynd of Camden and Rev. Aaron Brubaker officiating.
