Ira Wayne Hiser, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Hiser, died at the family home, eight miles northeast of Decatur, Thursday of measles. He was two year six months and seventeen days old. Friends met at the home at 10 o'clock Friday morning and the burial was at 11 o'clock at the Wheeler cemetery. On account of the sickness of the rest of the family no funeral service was held. There were eight children in the Hiser family and all were down with the measles. The mother also is ill. The remaining seven children are still sick.
