Claudine Woellert Robinson, 88, of Weatherford, died Sept 10, 1997, at her home. She was born June 12, 1909, in High Hill. Mrs. Robinson was a member of the Lipan Church of Christ. She had worked for the Lipan School District for many years as a lunchroom clerk. Mrs. Robinson lived a very industrious life with a deep devotion to her children and family. She was preceded in death by her husband; four sons and one daughter.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Edith Robinson of Brock; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathleen and Charles Burn of Joshua and Phyllis Fulmer Franklin and Carl Franklin of Weatherford; one brother and sister-in-law, Henry and Dora Woellert of Snyder; one sister, Mary Denton of San Francisco, Calif; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Friday, Sept 12, at Lipan Church of Christ with the Rev. Robin Verdugo officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Lipan.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude and thanks to Odyssey Hospice and especially to nurses Pam Briles and Jane Sopala. Memorials may be made to Lipan Community Center.
