Services for Edward Burton Ham Sr. of Beebe, Ark., who died Friday in a hospital at Searcy, Ark., will be held at 3 this afternoon at Westbrook Chapel in Beebe by the Rev. Harold Eggensperget. Burial will be in Stephenson Chapel Cemetery here at 11:30 tomorrow morning. He was 74.

Mr. Ham leaves his wife; two sons, E. B. Ham, Jr. of Beebe and C. H. Ham of Knoxville; a brother, C. W. Ham of Cambridge City, Ind.; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
