NAPPANEE - Stanley Marvin Huff, age 74, of 10023 W 1350 N; Nappanee, died at 2:55 pm, Friday; June 5, 2009 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend. He was born on August 24, 1934 in Milford, IN to Oliver C. and Edith S. (Haney) Huff. He lived his lifetime in the Nappanee area. He had worked for Mutschler Brothers and Holiday Rambler in Nappanee. He was a former member of the Nappanee Conservation Club. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved fishing trips to Minnesota. He also collected artifacts, especially arrowheads. Mr. Huff is survived by 2 brothers, Russell L. (Mildred) Huff and DeVoe (Phyllis) Huff, both of Nappanee and 2 sisters, Margaret R. Chandler, Elkhart, and Martha J. (LeeRoy) Love, Nappanee. He was preceded in death by brothers, Wayne and Lloyd Huff" and a sister Esther Roth. Friends may call Monday 2-4 and 6-8 at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Funeral Services will be at 10:30 am Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Rev. David Harrold of Nappanee United Methodist Church will officiate and burial will be in Bremen Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association .
