Services were at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 24, 1981, in Stockton United Methodist Church with the Revs. Cecil Shirey and Floyd Enfinger officiating.
Burial was in Richerson Cemetery under direction of Johnson-Quimby-Norris funeral Home of Bay Minette.
Survivors include five daughters, Glovine Moorer of Hardaway, Ruth Cox of Stockton, Elaine Coghlan of Tensaw, Josephine Struble of Leonardtown, Md., And Elizabeth Cain of Bay Minette; two sons, George P. Garner of Stockton and Clifton Garner of Orange Beach; two sisters, Marie McCaskill of Pensacola, Fla., and Enid Clague of Mobile; 23 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
