WOOD- In Bordentown, on the 18th inst., Mercy Rogers Wood, widow of James Wood in the 86th year of her age. the relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral from her late residence, No. 84 Second Street, Bordentown, N.J., on Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment at Groveville Cemetery.
*Age does not match the tombstone dates, but every mention in Trenton newspapers of different dates have her age as 86. Also that she died as a result of a fall.
The Bridgeton Evening News, dated October 22, 1912
stated that her husband James was a Civil War veteran.
