ROBERT F. FAIR
Services for Robert Freeman Fair, 51, of 734 Franklin St., who died Tuesday afternoon in Community General Hospital, where he had been a patient for two weeks, will be held Friday at 1 p.m.
The Rev. Paul H. Feil will officiate in Theo. C. Auman Inc., Funeral Home. Brial will be made in St. Michael's Cemetery, Birdsboro.
Born in Birdsboro, a son of the late Samuel and Cora (Hughes) Fair, he was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church
A 17 year Air Force veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was employed as a chipper by the Empire Steel Castings, Inc., Laureldale, for eight years, last working in August.
Mr. Fair was also employed as a part-time security guard by the Dick Bros., Inc., for four years.
He also was a member of the Birdsboro American Legion Post No. 626, and the Meadowbrook Country Club.
Surviving are his widow, Mollie Mae (Reigle) Fair; a son Kenneth L., Augusta, GA and a grandchild.
Two sisters, Helen Fair, Douglassville, and Dorothy, wife of Robert Spence, Spaulding Heights, MD.
A VETERAN - whether active duty, discharged, retired, reserve or passed away - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to The United States of America, for an amount of up to, and including their life.
