Mrs. Hazel Mae Lewis, 68, Route 2 Holton, died Sunday in a Topeka Hospital where she was admitted July 26 for treatment of an apparent heart ailment.

She was born March 22, 1907, at Williamstown, the daughter of Lance and Rebecca Woodward. She later lived in Topeka and spent the past 30 years in the Holton Community.

She was married to Carl D. Lewis August 12, 1924, at Leavenworth. He died November 13, 1968.

Survivors include a son, Robert L. Lewis, Route 1, Holton; a brother Roscoe Woodward, Lawrence; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30a.m. Tuesday at Mercer Funeral Home at Holton. Burial will be in the Holton Cemetery.
