Fireman dies of Injuries

Clarence C. Fair 200 South Eleventh St died at 5:30 PM Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital following a number of operations of internal injuries. He was 27 years old. Deceased was an active member of the Friendship Fire Company. He died from his injuries received while fighting the fire which badly damaged the Rajah Temple several months ago. Undertaker Auman removed his body to his late home.

Deceased was the son or Mr. and Mrs. Clifford N. Fair. Besides his parents he is survived by his widow Elizabeth and son Clifford, aged 5 years. He was a driver for the Friendship Fire Company.

Deceased was a member of the Orioles and attended the St. John's Reformed Church in which he took an active part. Deceased had a large circle of acquaintances and was noted for an unusually cheerful disposition. He was also very active in the Fireman's Relief Association.
