Burley B. Bany, 80, a retired farmer of North Baltimore, died Thursday in the Wood County Hospital. He had been hospitalized for 32 days with a heart ailment.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Bany, he was born near McComb on Jan. 12, 1879. He married Ruth Beckford on June 12, 1908. She survives with four sons, Clarence, George, Leroy, and Roger, all of North Baltimore, two daughters; Mrs. Hugh (Agnes) Underwood of Fort Wayne Indiana and Mrs. Robert (Mary) Reichenbach of North Baltimore, two sisters; Mrs. Sarah Sherman of Findlay and Mrs. Liza McCosh of Sweetwater Tennessee, one brother; Frank of Findlay, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Two brothers and three sisters died earlier.

The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Paden Funeral Home, North Baltimore. The Rev. Paul Conrad will officiate. Burial will be in McComb Union Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
