Willard Boyd Adamson, 67, of Orem, Utah, died June 5, 1997, in American Fork of a stroke. He was born November 27, 1929, in Pleasant Grove, to Byron Willard and Maud Davis Adamson. He married Jessie Lucille Johnson on May 22, 1954, in Elko, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the LDS Provo Temple.
He served in the Army during the Korean War and was given an honorary discharge. He also received his Eagle Scout Award. He worked for Geneva Steel for 15 years, then started a successful heating and air conditioning business and ran it for 25 years, up until the time of his death.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille, of Orem; two sons and one daughter; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters and one brother. Interment, Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.
