OBITUARY
Kathryn H. Pearson, a civil servant with the U.S. government, died Saturday at a family home. She was 81.
Pearson was a member of Little River Baptist Church. She was a native and resident of Uriah.
Survivors include one son, Frank Wood of Atlanta; one brother, Curtis Harris of Palm Bay, Fla.; two sisters, Jewel Blackwell of VeVay, Ind., and Dot Smith of Mineola, Ala.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held today from 1:30 p.m. until the 3 p.m. funeral at Johnson Funeral Home in Monroeville. Burial will be in Mineola Cemetery.
