MOULTON -- Funeral for Gary Jeffreys, 53, of Town Creek will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home with the Rev. Elmer Fowler officiating.
Burial will be in Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mr. Jeffreys died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2001, at home. He was born Aug. 28, 1947, in Lawrence County to Travis Jeffreys and Hazel Jeffreys. He was an engineering technician for Southeast Engineering. He was the widower of Priscilla Roden Jeffreys. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Scott Jeffreys and Jeremy Jeffreys, both of Town Creek; his mother of Town Creek; three brothers, Raymond Jeffreys of Florence, Norman Jeffreys of Decatur and Allen Jeffreys of Moulton; two sisters, Verna Campbell and Helen Taylor, both of Town Creek; and three grandchildren.
