Son of Mr. & Mrs. Draper Watts Parmenter, Sr.

Draper served as a Aviation Ordnanceman Third Class, PBM-5 #59017, Patrol Bombing Squadron 27, U.S. Navy during World War II.

He resided in Derry, Rockingham County, New Hampshire prior to the war.

Draper joined the Squadron on June 1, 1944.

PBM-5 #59017, while making a night landing during training, crashed in the Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii for an unknown reason during the war.

Draper died in the "Line Of Duty" in this crash.

He was originally interred in the Halawa Cemetery on Oahu and was later re-interred here on January 26, 1949.
