Clemence William "Clem" Naab, 84, formerly of Kinsley, former KSIR correctional officer, Missouri Pacific Railroad section hand, Nickerson chief of police and Nickerson mayor, died Thursday, May 8, 1997.

Rosary 7 p.m. Sunday, Lamb Funeral Home; service 10 a.m. Monday, Memorial Park Cemetery, rural Hutchinson.

Survivors: wife, Rose; sons, Bill of rural Hutchinson, Tony of Bakersfield, Calif., Bob of Standfield, Ariz.; daughters, Esther Powell of St. Louis, Julie Constantine of Baldwin; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
