TYSON- Hill County native Peace M. Barret of Compton, CA., died Friday in Sacramento, CA. He was 84.
Graveside services will be 1pm Wednesday at Angeles Abbey Memorial Park in Compton, CA.
Mr. Barrett was born May 12, 1906, in Tyson, in Hill County. He managed a service station for 40 years.
Survivors include three daughters, Marjorie Romine of Sacramento, CA., Katherine Whiteside of Sacramento, CA & Peggy McCain; nine grandchildren & five great grandchildren.
