He was employed on the Western Maryland Railroad repair work for a number of years.
Mr. Blair was twice married and a widower. He is survived by several daughter, including Mrs. Eugene Bowers and Mrs. Ella Byrum of Williamsport; and sons, Andrew and George, of Circleville, Ohio; Grason, Fairplay; and Frank and Albert.
