Clara Armenia Goodspeed
Mrs. Clara Armenia Goodspeed, 85, 16 South Linden, East Wenatchee, died in a Wenatchee hospital Saturday, following a brief illness.
Born in Vaughns Bay, Washington, May 21, 1886, she moved to Sedro Woolley when 12 years of age. She married Edward F. Nelson July 4, 1904. He preceded her in death in 1937.
In 1942 she married Earl Goodspeed who died in 1959.
In 1966 Mrs. Goodspeed came to Wenatchee to be with her daughter here.
She was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church and Rebekah Lodge 74, at Sedro Woolley.
Surviving is her daughter, Mrs. LaVern E. (Selma) Johnson, East Wenatchee; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Services are announced by the Jones & Jones Funeral Home.
