Zachary Ray Moore, 25, beloved husband, son, brother and uncle, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2009, in Decatur.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Alvarado Church of Christ, 203 E. Hwy 67, Alvarado, with the Rev. Bobby Bridges officiating. Interment: Glenwood Cemetery, Alvarado. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington.
Zach was born on Dec. 15, 1983, in Fort Worth to Sonny and Trena Moore. He was a resident of Alvarado most of his life and graduated from Alvarado High School in 2003. In 2006, he graduated from TSTC in Waco as a master mechanic.
Zach loved racing and working on his 69 Camaro that he and his dad restored. He was a member of the Real Rodz Car Club in Cleburne. Zach enjoyed riding his chopper motorcycle, being outdoors, and hunting. He loved spending time with his wife, parents and working with his dad in their shop.
Zach was preceeded in death by his grandfathers, Harold Moore Sr. and John C. Morrow III; uncle, Robert "Bob" Morrow; and cousin, Cooper Dill.
Survivors: Wife, Lindsay Moore of Alvarado; parents, Harold R. "Sonny" and Trena Moore of Alvarado; sister, Angie Hayes and husband, Johnnie, of Arlington; niece, Olivia Hayes; grandmothers, Mary Moore and Louise Morrow, both of Arlington.
