Mrs. Jean Bailey Marcucci
1923 - 2009
Jean Bailey Marcucci, age 85, of Pensacola, FL, passed from this life to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 30, 2009 in a local care facility.

She was born on October 23, 1923 in Carlisle, Arkansas to Wallace and Laura Bailey. Jean graduated from Fairview High School in 1942 then went on to get her Secretarial certificate from Draughon Business University in Springfield, Missouri.After employment in Springfield, she returned to Neosho, Missouri to work as a bookkeeper at Camp Crowder during World War II. At Camp Crowder she met and married her late husband of 63 years, Robert L. Marcucci.

Jean is remembered as being a beautiful seamstress and, also, her love of painting landscapes. She enjoyed landscape planning and working in her flower gardens.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at 8 a.m. at the chapel of National Cremation & Burial Society. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant Hospice, 5041 North 12th Avenue, Pensacola, Florida 32504.
