Elsie (Coln) Eoff was the daughter of George W Coln, a native of Tennessee and his wife, Blanche (unknown), a native of Illinois. Elsie siblings were Murrel, Hazel, Pauline and Robert Wayne Coln born and raised in Oklahoma. Their father was a section foreman working for the railroad.

Elsie married, as his second wife, Floyd E Eoff, the son of Luther Nichols Eoff and Maude Crawford, natives of Arkansas. Elsie and Floyd were married October 10, 1941 in Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. They were the parents of David Ronald Eoff (d.y.), Donald Douglas Eoff and Teresa Floy (Eoff) Walsh. They made their home in Norman, Oklahoma. Floyd was employed by Meyers Motor Company in Norman and was a captain in the United States Army serving in World War II.
