C.E. Crooks was a business visitor in White Salmon Tuesday. Mrs. Crooks, Mrs. Harriet Wickman and son, Ricky, visited in The Dalles during the day with their daughter and sister, Mrs. Henry Culver and son Craig Dean.

June Bradstreet was installed as Worthy Advisor of the Goldendale Rainbow Assembly at colorful installation ceremonies held in the Masonic temple Monday evening. Harriet Crooks, former worthy advisor, will receive a special Rainbow pin from her officers for her work during her term in office.

SEATTLE TRIP

'Tis Monday and the delegates to the University of Washington are back with the memory of a "Fast and Furious" four days. The University did a splendid job of entertaining them and so every one is happy. On Monday night the boys who took the trip gave brief talks to the Lion's club and on Tuesday all delegates spoke for the school assembly. Those who took the trip were: Bud Matson, Eugene Jaderquist, Harriet Crooks, Elsie Seibold, Charlotte Lewis, and the adviser, Miss Isabel Trantum.
