MRS. ANNA LANTZ
ELYRIA - Mrs. Anna Lantz, 80, of Elyria, a native of Perry County, died at 12:10 p.m. Saturday (March 16) at Elyria Memorial Hospital. She had been in failing health three years.
Born Jan. 11, 1888 in New Straitsville, a daughter of Charles and Margaret Urghart Hoodlet, she was a member of Fields Methodist church and Eastern Star, Electa Chapter 148 of New Straitsville.
Mrs. Lantz is survivied by a son, George of Elyria; two daughters, Mrs. Allen L. (Kathleen) Spence of North Ridgeville and Mrs. Robert (Margaret) Hughes of Shawnee; three sisters, Mrs. John Rischert of New Straitsville, Mrs. Frank Smith and Mrs. Griff Michael of Columbus, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Sudro-Curtis Funeral Home in Elyria. Burial will be in Brookdale cemetery at Elyria.
