Robert D. Tindall of Jacksonville, FL, formerly of Bedford, IN, died Monday, November 19, 2001, at his residence. Born on May 1, 1930, in Bedford, IN, he was the son of James and Gertrude (Davis) Tindall. He married Judith Robertson, and she survives.
Surviving with his wife are one daughter, Luanne Wilbur of Jacksonville, FL; two grandsons; and three step0brothers: Sam, Wilbur, and Oscar Webb, all os Bedford, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He retired in 1999 as owner of the Tindall Insurance Agency in Bedford and was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Navy. He had attended Indiana University and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Services for Robert Tindall will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 24th, at the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Paul Wilbur officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
