He married Regina Eck, daughter of the couple who raised him. They had 6 children. Henry, my grandfather , born July 12 , 1810 and baptized by Rev Louis De Barth. Frederick was 32 years old at the time. The other 5 are John ,James ,Polly-Mary ,Elizabeth ,Catherine. His wife preceded him in death and her remains are at the Conewago Chapel Cemetery. He lived with Henry for 5 years at Square Corner , Pa. and then lived with his son James in Emmitsburg ,Md until his death May 14,1855. He is buried at St. Joseph's Cemetery,Emmitsburg
