Julia Ann Hill Lambert-Long, 88, of the Old Athens Road, Princeton, died Thursday morning, February 20, 1975, in a Princeton hospital following a long illness.
Born May 1, 1886 at Giatto, she was a daughter of the late Aries and Causby Jane Bell Hill. Her husbands, David B. Lambert and Joseph S. Long preceded her in death.
Surviving are three sons, Zeb Lambert of Cleveland, Ohio, Sam Lambert of Princeton and James Long of Cleveland, Ohio; one step-son, Claude Long of Princeton; four daughters, Mrs. Faye Blankenship, Mrs. Mae Walker, Mrs. Pat (Effie) Pritchard and Mrs. Arbendeen (Marie) White, all of Princeton; one sister, Mrs. Gladys Linkous of Princeton; one brother, Arthur Sewell Hill of Princeton; 33 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Burns-Wornal Chapel of Memorial Funeral Directory in Princeton with Rev. Gene Harmon officiating.
Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens on the Bluefield-Princeton Road.
Pallbearers will be Bobby White, David White, Fred Blankenship, Ted Blankenship, L. G. Lambert, and Howard Lambert. Friends and neighbors will be flowerbearers.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 3 until 9 p.m.
