George Willard Riddle, age 79 of Dardanelle, died Thursday, December 4, 2008 at Hot Springs Inpatient Unit. He was born November 9, 1929 at Little Rock, AR, to the late Ralph and Leota Benefield Riddle. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, where he was a Sunday School Teacher for 25 years and he was a Mason.
Survivors include a host of cousins and friends.
Funeral services were held December 8, 2008 at the United Methodist Church in Dardanelle with Rev. Roger Glover officiating. Burial was held in New Hope Cemetery in Dardanelle.
Pallbearers were Bobby Applegate, Delma Merritt, Don Johnson, Larry Carter, Bob Griffin and Buster Berryhill.
