MRS. RYLANT DIES AT MOULTON HOME
Beloved Woman Goes To Reward After Short Illness
Mrs. Lucy Mae Rylant, 63, beloved matron of Moulton, died at her home at 8:30 Wednesday night after an illness of only two days.
Surviving are the husband, A.J. Rylant; four daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth King, of Birmingham; Mrs. Delia Scruggs and Miss Stella Waldrep, of Moulton, and Mrs. Pearl Aston, of Town Creek; two sons, Fred Rylant, of Friendship, Tenn., and Milford Franklin Rylant, of Moulton; four sisters, Mrs. Hollie Joddey and Mrs. Mary Armstrong, of Fort Worth, Texas; Mrs. Elizabeth Godbey, of Hillsboro, Texas, and Mrs. Frankie Harper, of Springtown, Texas; two brothers, Athel and Jimmy Harville, of Moulton.
Services were held at 1:30 this afternoon at the Moulton Methodist church, with Rev. O.E. Kirby assisted by Reverend Blythe, of Elkmont, conducting the rites. Interment followed at Landersville cemetery, with Highsmith of Moulton in charge.
