A119739 Aircraftman. Peter James Sheriff, 1 Operational Support Unit, RAAF He was seconded to 9 Squadron and died on 8th January 1971 after he accidentally discharged a helicopter M60 machine gun as he was removing it from a Huey in Albatross flight lines in Vung Tau Air Base.
