: Mrs Lizzie Hockemeyer, wife of Frederick Hockemeyer, residing at 1815 Alliger street, died at 5 o’clock Monday afternoon at the Lutheran hospital at the age of 31 years. Death was due to peritonitis which developed after the patient had submitted to two surgical operations. Mrs Hockemeyer was born and reared in Milan township, where the parent still reside and is survived by the husband and four small children. She was a member of Concordia Lutheran church. Mrs Hockemeyer was a daughter of Mr and Mrs Peter Schaaf. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 from the residence and at 1:45 o’clock from Concordia Lutheran church.
