Donna Ann Duke age 62, died Monday, May 25, 2009 at Tidelands Community Hospice.

Mrs. Duke was born in Charleston, SC a daughter of Sarah Martin and the late C.H. Martin, Jr. She was a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a former Board Member of Horry County Gamecock Club. Mrs. Duke was an avid football fan. She loved to read and loved her favorite pet, Ebony. Mrs. Duke was a member of Surfside United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her mother of Conway; her husband, George H. Duke Jr. of Surfside Beach; one brother, Woody Martin and his wife Susan of Conway; one sister, Brenda Ferrell of Milledgeville, GA and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
