Mrs. Audrey Wanda Stephenson, 91, of Carlson Dr., Knox,IN died Friday, Aug. 27, 2004, at her son's home in Plymouth,IN.

She was born May 13, 1913, in Limon, Colo., to Frank and Erma (Trump) Hardesty, and had lived in Knox 78 years, coming from Limon.

Mrs. Stephenson was a homemaker. She was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Knox.

On Sept. 1, 1931, she married Edmond Stephenson, who died Nov. 9, 1973.

Also preceding her in death were her parents, two sisters, one brother and two half-sisters.

Surviving are one daughter, Mary Lou McDaniel of Knox; two sons, Monte of St. Cloud, Fla., and Duane of Plymouth; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four half-sisters, Ilene Hight of Warsaw, Corraine Mechling of Tippecanoe, Ind., Madeline Seniff of Sycamore, Ill., and Kathy Helton of Cleveland; and two half-brothers, Frank Hardesty of Mentone, Ind., and Keith Hardesty of California.

The funeral will be Tuesday at noon at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel. Friends may call today from 4 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the service. Burial will be in Round Lake Cemetery, Knox.
