Bald Hill- Services for Mr. Calvin Crain, 81, of Bald Hill Community, were held Tuesday, March 15 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Fielders Cemetery.
Mr Crain was born Sept. 19, 1912 in Angelina County and died March 13 in Lufkin. He was a member of Bald Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Crain had served on the Bald Hill School Board for six years. Mr Crain was a retired machinist for Lufkin Industries, where he was employed for 33 years before his retirement. He lived in Angelina County all of his life.
