Abstract--Lucy Helen Harbaugh, 35, of Linthicum, Md., died Sunday April 21, 1985 as a result of an automobile accident. She was born July 20, 1949 at Morgantown, a daughter of Theodore Hovatter of Guernsey, OH and Frances Fortney Dixon of Reedsville. She is survivied by her step-father, Millard Dixon of Reedsville; one daughter, Nicole Danielle Harbaugh, at home; three sisters, Margie Solomon of Reedsville, Susan Ringer of Sykesville, Md., Patty Newbury of Lincoln, NE; one step-sister, Mrs. Lucille Waltz of Louisville, OH; six step-brothers, Joe of Reedsville, Jim of Massilion, OH., Charles of Kingwood, Harold of Dickson, TN., Wayne Kerns of Bolivar, OH., John Kerns of Guernsey, OH. She was preceded in death by one brother, Roger Hovatter; step-mother, Doreen Hovatter. Burial was in the Bethlehem Cemetery.
