WORLD WAR I VETERAN

Clifton Miller was born on 20 June 1891 in Helena, Montana. He is the son of Edmond M and Hattie Eliza (Ryther) Miller.

On about 1915 Clifton met and married Ella Marie Foster, at Dupuyer, Montana.

On 28 March 1918, at Chateau, Montana he was inducted into the United States Army. During his service he was assigned with Headquarters Detatchment, 164th Depot Brigade, until his discharge , as a Private, at Camp Funston, in Kansas on 22 January 1919

On 25 August 1942, at Seattle, Washington Clifton again married, this time to Maude D. Aukland.

On 18 April 1944 Clifton passed away, and is buried in the Washington Veterans Home Cemetery, at Retsil, Washington.
