Howard Glenn Rites Held Sunday On Moulton 4

Rites for William Howard Glenn were held Sunday afternoon at his home on Moulton 4, the Rev. G. M. Bynum conducting.

Mr. Glenn, who was 68, died at 2 o'clock Saturday morning after a two years' illness. He was formerly employed as a maintenance man by the county board of education. A native of Lawrence, he attended Moulton Methodist Church.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Nannie Glenn, Moulton 4; one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Montgomery, Huntsville; three sons, F. C. Glenn, Bynum, Ala., W. A. Glenn, Fredericksburg, Va., and Wasson Glenn, Moulton.

Also surviving are a sister, Miss Pearl Glenn, Moulton, one brother Jack Glenn, Courtland, five grandchildren, and a number of other relatives.

Burial was made in Montgomery cemetery near Wren, Brown's of Decatur directing.

Active pallbearers were Lucian Terry, Neil Montgomery, Charles McWhorter, Roy Weatherwax, Newton Smith, and Vernon Persall. Honorary pallbearers were John Armor, H. P. Warren, C. M. Montgomery, J. M. Blevins, Hansel McLemore, Dr. John C. Bragg, Dr. Price Irwin, Jerry Holland, James Dailey, J. T. Motes, J. P. Delashaw, and R. L. Almon.
