Asa Jefferson, I, was casualty of the Civil war, killed 31 May 1864, at New Hope Church, near Atlanta, Ga.
She next married Burton J. Sanders on 26 Oct 1867, in Leake Co., Miss. He apparently died before the 1870 US Census, and is buried in an unmarked grave.
She is my 2g grandmother.
