William C. Pace, 90, died in a local rest home Sunday at 4 p.m.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. R.L. Phillips, Trinity; and Mrs. Earl H. Sherrill, Decatur 1; one son, D.C. Pace, Russellville; 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

The body was to be returned to the residence at Trinity this afternoon. It will lie in state Tuesday from 1 until 2 p.m. at Trinity Methodist Church at which time services will be conducted by the Rev. C.C. West and Rev. Jasper Kelly.

Burial will follow in Decatur City Cemetery with Brown Funeral Co. directing.

Pallbearers are to be Clyde and Fred Terry, Garth Kimbrel, John Lile, Bob Ferguson, and John Robinson Jr.
