17101 Captain. Grant Stuart Ross, Headquarters Australian Forces Vietnam Age 27 from Brisbane QLD. On 9th February 1971, Captain Grant Ross and WO2 Terence Edward Lyon 2AOD were pre-destruction inspecting a hoard of enemy ammunition which blew up and killed them both in Nui Dat.
